Frequently asked questions

What counts as a playbook run?

A playbook run is one complete execution of a playbook — from context retrieval through drafting to publishing or write-back. Editing a draft before approval is part of the same run.

What happens if I exceed my included runs?

Additional playbook runs are billed at $0.10 each. External write-back actions beyond 2,000 per month are $0.03 each. You can monitor usage in your workspace dashboard.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and any unused balance is prorated.

Do I need technical skills to use GovPilot Workspace?

No. Playbooks use plain-language step names like 'Draft update,' 'Request approval,' and 'Send + log.' The platform is designed for non-technical team leads and operators.

Which tools does GovPilot Workspace connect to?

We integrate with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, CRMs like HubSpot and Salesforce, ticketing tools like Zendesk, and standard document and task workflows.

Is there a free trial?

We offer a 14-day trial on the Team plan so you can experience role-based approvals and full playbook execution. No credit card required to start.
